Family and community bread baking is a local farm tradition worthy of revival. Not only is it tasty and nutritious and a satisfying form of artisanal expression, its fun. The Preston wood-fired oven was fired up for local bread bakers in the valley for the annual picnic but Lou announced he will be providing his oven once a month for those who would like to bring their bread to bake in his special oven.
